We are required to have a formal customer identification program which includes knowing your legal name, your DOB, your physical address (regardless if you receive mail at that location or not), and your SSN in order to establish an account.
You will also need:
- A valid unexpired government issued identification such as a Drivers License, State ID or Passport,
- Ability to connect to your payroll provider such as ADP or Paychex (ask your human resources or payroll department which payroll provider you use),
- A credit score of above 540.
